PickMyPlatform is a free quiz that helps you choose a website platform. We try to collect as little information as possible. We don't require an account, and you don't need to give us your email to use the quiz.

This policy explains what little we do collect, why we collect it, and what your choices are.

Here's the full list:

• Your quiz answers, which stay in your browser only. We don't store them on our servers.
• Basic, anonymous usage data like which pages get visited and roughly where visitors come from. This helps us understand if the site is working.
• Standard technical information that any website sees, such as your browser type and approximate location based on your IP address.
• Anything you choose to send us by email.

• Your name, address, phone number, or any account details. We don't have accounts.
• Payment information. The quiz is free.
• Your email, unless you write to us first.
• Any data you'd consider sensitive.

We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool to count visits and see which sections of the site get used. The numbers are anonymous and grouped, so we can't identify any individual visitor.

We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't share your behaviour with ad networks.

• To show you a recommendation based on your quiz answers.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful and which aren't, so we can improve it.
• To reply to you if you contact us.

We will never sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers or marketing companies.

We rely on a small number of trusted services to run the site, including a hosting provider and an analytics provider. These services may process limited technical data on our behalf, and they have their own strong privacy practices.

When you click a link to a platform we recommend, you leave our site. Once you're on their site, their privacy policy applies, not ours.

PickMyPlatform is intended for adults choosing a website platform. It's not aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Because we don't store quiz answers or contact details on our servers, there's very little for us to delete. If you've emailed us and want us to delete that conversation, just ask.

You can clear your quiz answers at any time by closing the tab or retaking the quiz.

We may update this policy from time to time as the site evolves. If we make meaningful changes, we'll do our best to make them obvious. For small wording changes, we may update without notice.
